الملخص

Any phenomenon (social or psychological) are the result of interaction of a variety of reasons, and that alienation occurs even in the case where it is not human, taking advantage of the economically and there are multiple types of alienation, and if many types of alienation, it means that each type of reason and knowledge reason requires that we define the theme of alienation in an individual. So research deals with the institutional dimensions of alienation when the working groups - the manufacturers (Dairy Mosul and furniture ready), as was the aim of the research, reasoning on the level of alienation at work in these groups, manufacturers, and verification of hypotheses.
