الملخص

The Present paper summarizes a number of major factors that contributed to the establishment of the Assyrian Empire in its modern age. It is shown that these factors were the foundation for the rise of this Empire rather than being a sudden or accidental event. At the top of these factors are the internal and external challenges, military campaigns by Assyrian kings depending on a military force that has once been of the greatest super powers of the world.
The other factors are the administrative system developed by the Assyrians, the division of the Empire into districts and cities and the expansion policy which played a great role in the rise of the Empire, the flow of money and the contact with other civilizations
