Ali – Al-Wahbi known as Al- Jafa'tari Al-Mosuli(1202 A. H.) His Life and Poetry

The present work is a comprehensive study about a prominent poet of Mosul in the twelfth century A. H. in which the researcher depended on printed and handwritten references. He was well – experienced and famous is many fields like teaching at well – reputed schools of Mosul, and was also committed to preaching in mosques and famous in writing poetry, religious and political praising, love poetry, poetry in exile, longing poetry, correspondence and advice. He was also good at some modern poetic arts like pentameter and partition. His style is characterized by easiness and clarity. His poetry is true and important documentation for the poetry and history of Mosul that should be studied and explained.

The paper aims at showing the educational role of the elite of pioneers of the primary education in about a half century . It depends on educational supervisors' personal reports which indicated how much the teachers were serious in executing plans of the educational process and developing it in addition to establish pillars of obvious educational deveiopment .

It is found that Al-Sa'igh religious school dates back to the Ottoman era and that Abdul – Rahman Jalabi Al-Sa'igh built the school in 1250 A.H. / 1834. Its structure is designed according to the Mosuli architectural Model, which is an example of the Mosuli Islamic school.
Al- Sa'igh School has an internal system which is related to the teaching curricula or to the type of the sciences taught such as mental and traditional sciences. It consists of a staff comprising the pupils, the teachers, service officials and others. The school had a big library containing many books and documents.
The school had many waqfs (endowments) run by those in change according to the conditions of waqfs.
As the school has been neglected and the teaching processes have been discontinued and its structures have been destroyed, the Nineveh education directorate has controlled it because it is considered a waqf.

The impact of the use of a think-tank methods ScoutIn achievement among the students of College of Basic Education

The research aims at identifying the effect of using a group of identifying intellectual methods in achievement.The tow researchers have put one null hypothesis that assumes no existence of a statistic differnce between the experimental group that is taught by using a group of identifying intellectual method and the control group that is taught dy the normal method in achievement. The sample of the research has consisted of (30) male and female first year students belonging to the department of science in the Basic college of Education of the academic year 2005/2006 divided into two equal group taught dy using a number of identifying intellectual methods whereas the control method has been taught dy using the normal method. The number of each group has been (15) male and famale students. The instrument of the research. has consisted of an achievement test prepared by the two researchers whose items number has reached after improving it according to the referees opinions ( 38 ) items.
The two researchers have verified the research s validity and reliability.After applying the experiment as well as the Instrument and analysing the data , the results have revealed the existence of statistic differences between the experimental group in achievement on the behalf of the experimental group.

The Study deals with the impact of Females early marriage on the Social Development Process.
The aim of the Study is to find out the most important impacts of the Females early marriage on the process of Social Development. The Study relied on the descriptive method and questionnaires were used as an instrument to collect data.
The Study Concluded that the early marriage has negative impact , which hinder the Social Development Process.

(The Popular Medicine According toModern Physician View Points/ A Field Study In Mosul)

The paper treats of the popular medicine according to modern physician viewpoints.
It aims at disclosing the role that may be played by the popular medicine side by side with the modern medicine at the present time. also it aims at defining how much the modern medicine depends on the popular medicine and its impacts on a patients health, The sample of the paper is comprises of (60) physicians.
Regarding the methods , the researcher adopted the questionnaire as a main means to collecting information and data.
The paper resulted in many tips such as :
* the modern medicine depends entirely or partly on the popular medicine.
* the popular medicine side by side with modern medicine has it important role in treating some irremediable cases which the modern medicine could not deals with them.
