The Ottoman authorities and Valis were paid a special attention to Takyas because they were social and charitable foundations .Also ,they were asylum for the poor, pupils and Dervish. Moreover ,they were places for practice the Sufi rites. Therefore, Takyas were social, cultural , religious and political necessity by the organic connection between the politics and Sufism during the Ottoman reign and by obtaining the public support for sultans and valis plus stabilize the state.

Mosque considers as an important part of the morphology of an old Mahala conductivity, and signed by the relatively dispersed thought it the hub of social interaction, as a centre of the values of the spiritual and psychological. Mahala they either turn the functions of many diverse and different to the mosque through the activities of groups, social, economic, educational and service.

The role of research centers in the developing the efficiency of their staff . Mosul university as an example .
The research was carried out on five research centers belong to the university of mosul to explore the role of these centers in the increasing the efficiency of their research workers . The writer made direct interviews with the heads of these centers aiming to diagnose and highlight the obstacles that may face the research workers in these centers.At research workers in these centers . At the same time questionnaires were distributed among the research workers themselves concerning these obstacles . The results revealed that the developing of the efficiency of the workers depends primarily on the capacity and interest of the researchers themselves and the role of these centers is to offer advices and help for the solution of some problems and obstacles

The exaggeration and allegation in the Assyrian royal annuals is regarded as one of the important and sensitive subject in the study and analysis an important aspect in the political history of Assyria.
At the beginning , it aims at the attestation the characteristic of clear exaggeration appearing in the Assyrian royal writings , and to correct the distorted picture reflected by the books of the old testament (Torah), then through writings conducted by a number of foreign researchers about the political history of Assyria via presentation of the related Assyrian textual evidences , also to diagnose the element of exaggeration and allegation of the one-text , their analyzing and comparing with the repeated copies and the text or through studying the implications of one of the texts dating to earlier periods, as well as analyzing the actual dimensions and reasons of the exaggeration and allegation phenomenon appearing in these annuals, and to prove that these texts, especially ones I have dealt with elaborately about the campaigns of the Assyrian armies , the carvings and scenes reflected by the Assyrian carvings about those campaigns which included killing and torture actions in the courses of the enemies, often , they were nothing but for the purpose of propaganda for boasting and pride with the strength intensity , and arousing the feelings of fear and frightening in the spirits of the enemies and people living nearby
