The research clarifies the Islamic ideals and values in administrations as legislated in the era of the prophet Muhammad and his orthodoxe caliphs, specially in there policy of administration in expanded territories as Mosul city.
The research concentrated on the study of the way of conquering Mosul, and the methods of caliphes to treat with its people according to the ideals and values of Islam

Mosul is characterized by their artistic wealth of the public narratives depicting Mosul days, traditions and customs in addition to animals narratives and fairy tales. Ahmed Al Soofi book contains twenty two tales characterized by various descriptive passages. The study examines the descriptive passages and artistic and aesthetic dimensions to reveal their different significance.
Thus the study consists of an introduction and four sections. Concept and functions of description and its relation with narration are stated in the introduction. Section one deals with description restricted narration through illustrating descriptive narration and description directed for description. Section two deals with free description through illustrating internal emotion, and event description, and event description. Sections three and four are concerned with classified and expressive descriptions through illustrating character, event, place and item description

The research tackles the problems that dormitory students suffer from. It aims at uncovering the most prominent problems of student concerning security , economy , society , scientific level, service as well as the geographical position of dormitory.The sample consists of sixty students in the dormitory in Mansur quarter, the field of the study.The research depends on questionnaire as the main instrument of collecting data , and information relevant to the research. It concludes a group of results ;the most important one is that the student in the dormitory basically suffer from security problems besides the social ,service ,scientific economic problems.Furthermore, they suffer from the geographical position of the dormitory.These problems are explained in detail in the fifth section of the research

The search of the problems suffered by the Iraqi family in grneral and family conductivity. in particular the problem of detention that have emerged after the U.S occupation of Iraq. which affected many citizen , the detainee win either be the father or the eldest son and have a major role in the family in support her up bringing of her children, their upbringing and guidance and control and loss by detention for long periods leads to social problems, psychological , eduational , health , and this what has uncoverd in our research, which is a modest contributin in order to detect problems facing the family and treatment to be considered the main pillar of the community
