The Muslawi writer, Dr. Ali Kamal Al Den Al Fahadi, lecturer of Islamic Literature at the College of Arts, Mosul University, is examined here for the coherent and artistic features that characterize his stories in addition to their poetic and sensitive language. They include eight stories published for the period 1999–2004 including: Light Mistress and the Original Horse (1999), Equities in Al Aqsa Sky (2000), Mistress of Towers (2001), The Depressed and the Prey (2001), Dhuhur Valley Angle (2001), River Teacher (2001), Horse and Banner (2003), Ox, Yard and Wrestling (2004).
Character in Ali Fahadi stories are various concerning their patterns and descriptions and their events. This study deals with the topic through analyzing the narrative texts indicating the characters to show their artistic and aesthetic dimensions in addition to the intellectual, psychological and social dimensions to show the character concerning the various dimensions and their significance.
The study consist of an introduction and two sections. The introduction deals with the concept of the character. Section one deals with patterns of characters as related to the growing, fixed, symbolic and non human character. Section two deals with dimensions of character concerning external, intellectual, psychological and social dimensions.

The cultural spread plays a role in transferring the popular proverbs from one community into another, so the difference of communities and cultures which are expressed by their popular local proverbs does not lead to make similarities which reflect the woman's image and her position and status in the community. The woman has occupied a great share of the popular, Mosulian and Halabia proverbs, for being the main source of her, so her roles were varied. As well as, these proverbs were harmonized in content, and when we read them we find a difference in spelling and a harmony in meaning

The judiciary in Mosul during the first Abbasid age affected by Islamic doctrines which appeared and developed. when there was no Koranic text or Hadith, the judges restarted to Ijtihad. Also, the Abbasid caliphs intervented in appointing and dismissing Mosul judges. Thus, their intervention allowed them to practice their own various authorities in leading the war ,collecting land taxes and administrating Mosul city plus jurisdiction .
There was no special place for the judge, so that he was holding his sessions whether at his own home or at the Mosque. moreover the judge was free in his decision which were applied on Muslims and non-muslims in Mosul

The idea of temple economy started with ensuing idea of providing the gods with a house to live in which necessitated their clothing and feeding it must be mentioned here that the economical activity of the temples in the Assyrian age was very limited due to the fact that the central authority represented by the king was in control of everything I e all the assets go to the palace.
Nevertheless, economical operation took place at the temple such as loans, taxes, the temple income in the form of offerings presented by kings , servants and common people and the selling and buying transactions that take place in the temple.
In addition, some agricultural activity was taking place especially when the temple owns huge farming lands.
In the end, industry was the last type of economical activity. There are indications that small statues and sticks were manufactured in professional workshops that are linked to the temple or near them

The present research sheds light into one aspect of the Assyrian society i.e. the Assyrian social classes which are considered to be one of the basic sources to study the social relationships in any of the ancient times including the Assyrian ones . Practically, it is almost impossible to study the traditions ,customs and legalities which determine the individual conduct of any community without consulting the relevant literature of that aspect and underestimating no substantial traces in studying the social aspect of life

The Novel prospect of Nazar Abed-Alsttar is apath to another reading and discovering the gifted memory , but this doesn’t mean the Idea of dominance , but it is mentian the Intillegence of mosul invroment impulsing and shining with life , and reacted with others with no struggle conflict.

This research aimed at identifying the nature of the married quarrels and effects on each of the husband , the wife and the children.
The researcher has used the social and comparative survey in his approach and utilized the questions and personal interview as data collection wetlands . The results indicate that marital quarrels have negative effects on the husband , wife and children by affecting the psychological relief , the husband's and wife's jobs as well as affecting the house , social nurture of the children and the prevalence of love and forgiveness among family members .
Furthermore, such effects affect the relations within the family which make the members of the family unwilling to stay home and as a result this is reflected on the family it unstable which in turn leads to an unstable society
