Any phenomenon (social or psychological) are the result of interaction of a variety of reasons, and that alienation occurs even in the case where it is not human, taking advantage of the economically and there are multiple types of alienation, and if many types of alienation, it means that each type of reason and knowledge reason requires that we define the theme of alienation in an individual. So research deals with the institutional dimensions of alienation when the working groups - the manufacturers (Dairy Mosul and furniture ready), as was the aim of the research, reasoning on the level of alienation at work in these groups, manufacturers, and verification of hypotheses. The research deals with a textual study of the life of Majd al-din abu Alsaadat Abn Althaar (606 A.tl/1209Ap) by Bn Khallikan.It aims at discussing the value of Wafayat al-a,yan wa anba alzaman by presenting the biography of Majd al-din and the influence of the author's relationship with the sons of al-atheer on presenting his perceptions about them.
The study is divided into certain items: the biography of Bn Khallikan and its presentation in a way that suits his relationship with Mosul and its sheiks, the reason that makes Abn Khallikan write about the life of the sons of Altheer, Majd al – din, Azz al – din , and Thiya Aldin.Besides his analysis of Majd aldin's life and his relation ship with the authority are given an account

The research aims at identifying the Mosuli folk sayings , relevant to medicine , treatment , health and illness . It aims at uncovering the preventive treatment , health , medical implications of Mosuli folk sayings. It mainly depended on the methods of content analysis of the folk saying determining the methods and courses of the medical field , that have something to do with the research.
The research concludes a group of results ; the most important one is that folk sayings have been related to health ,medicine and treatment in various ways . Some of these ways take the shape of advice and instructions of treatment ,and some of them determine the existence of some preventive methods that were present in a certain period like cupping and cauterization .These others describe the extent of the illness, and its seriousness to determine causes and taking preventive measures to avoid the desease
