Multiple and diverse historical resources dealt with the history of The Saljuks in Mosul (489-521 A.H) ,presenting various information that depend on topics which those resources concentrated on , they could be classified into both( the general histories ,"annals") ,and (the history of cities and families ruled cities when they were under the control of The Saljuks). It is likely to say that most of those resources concentrated on the history of the main Saljuks in particular .Ibn Ibn-al–Athir's work differs from any other historical resources that studies the Saljuks era either in Iraq or in Persia. Moreover, it reveals valuable information about the Saljuks in those areas ,as well as information which is related to the rulers of Mosul in the Saljuk era which has never been mentioned by many historical resources Although Ibn-al–Athir's book AL kamil is considered to be one of general histories book, it gives detailed, information about the rulers of Mosul during the Saljuk Finally, the study also investigates historical backgrounds. and their political struggles with other adjacent forces is also what such study aims to deal with.

The research aims to identify the temperament and qualities of the people of the Mosul, as was described in the texts intercountry centuries (3-8A.H/ 9-14A.C) with the geographic location and climate impact on the mood of the people of the city in the mild natures and instincts ,and excelled the people of Mosul good character and screen their faces and soft words and good virtues ,and characteristics to help strangers and poor people and visitors coming to the city ,as well as the existence of certain customs and traditions ,religious practices and social personality that characterized the people of Mosul.

Mosul Was not far the intellectual debate that dominated the Islamic world since the second (A.H) the eighth century A.D. because of the emergence of strange ideas in Islam after communicating with different nations with different religion ,al heathen philosophies, Jahmiyyiah was one of the deterministic sects, the ideas of this sect overlapped with those of other sects like Mَutazila and the attempt by some Abbasid caliphs to force such thinking on people. consequently, the attitude of hanbils of Mosul towards Mَutazila does not differ from their attitude toward Jahamiyyiah, the research reveals the existence of a group of hanbils of Mosul who are regarded an extension of the hanbils of Baghdad and who clearly resisted Jahamiyyiah in Mosul.

This research try to focus on some families who practicing The traditional medicine on the local level in Mosul .It aims at determining the causes which stand behind adherence of some Mosuli families to their careers by relying on their opinions. The researcher depends upon an anthropological and case-study methods as principal means and his sample was deliberated involved eight individual cases containing the general social characteristicses. The researcher also relied on an interview as a main way to collecting some information and data about the society under the discussion , In addition to collecting information from the old concerning the investigated society. As a matter of fact, the researcher distributed questionnaire in field study as well as his uses of simple and complex observations.
The research reached the fact that there are in Mosul some traditional medicine doctors who attempting to continue their careers which they inherited from their fathers and antecedents for a lot of reasons such as gaining money, fame or they concerning these careers as a social, economical, cultural and religious practices.

The goldsmith profession is one of the public profession that is subjected to changes in the methods, industrial styles and tools used for performance, just as other life joints were changed. The aim of the present work is to give a clear picture on this profession, how it was and how it comes at the present time through knowing all the details of this profession in Mosul city as an example of this study. The most important fact that this study revealed is that the machineries the use of electricity and the already made casts were replacing the manual work. The imported already worked gold items stood the first compared with locally worked gold.

A school is an educational institution representing a cultural edifice in the society as it performs many and different functions via it’s administrative , scientific , and educational staffs who they work hard to create generations to lead the society institutions through raising them socially , educationally , and scientifically.
It works in two directions : the first one is within the framework of the educational co-ordination to elevate the school position amongst other educational institutions , whereas the second one is within social construction of society , because it is part of the educational organization. Thus , it will embrace many social operations resulting from the interaction of a group of material and moral factors.
Accordingly , the researcher preferred to do this paper to highlight the social reality in schools , including social operations and interactions amongst its individuals and group depending on a network of social relationships. Moreover , they create a specific social climate which might from a framework for the causal relationship between school and society. The researcher depends on the anthropological methodology will all its rules and tools through the researchers co-existence with the research society , in addition to the case study methodology after the selection of research community. This paper includes three sections along with preface and conclusion. The paper concludes, among other conclusions , that a school is a social and educational institution characterized by an integral and social organization along with supportive roles performing different functions at the level of individual , group , institution, and community. Besides, there is a mutual causal relationship between the school and community with its different organizations and institutions.
