The research deals with the important on the scientific method academic Dr. Ali as well as his views and historical arguments in the field of historical research in the history of Arabs before and after Islam and it's scientific graduation payments form graduate students and participate in seminars, conferences, and issuing publications historical being one of the leading historians in Iraq during the twentieth century.

The archives of the ministerial presidency, the documents of the legislative court and the constitution are all considered an important sources present historical information about the nature of the administrative and social life in Mosul at the end of the ottoman era. The Mukhtar as the last rank in the Ottoman administrative formation in Mosul vilayat, adopted effective social and administrative roles in maintaining the social structure .In order to explain the nature of the Mukhtar's duties, his role in the financial administration and the legislative courts, the research included many cases witch adopted these documents to explain that role.

Through the modern and contemporary history, Mosul City has been characterized by its civilization, literators, thinkers, historians and scholars with various fields of knowledge. In 1921, Mosullians did their best to promote the name of Iraq among the World States. As for athletic activities, Mosul is one of the Iraqi major cities whose citizens used to practice various types of sports. Nevertheless, they were the pioneers in practicing sports and component in managing and organizing athletic activities since they had acquired a huge experience in this field. Many of them were famous in organizing and leading the athletic movement in Mosul and Iraq evenly.
This research tackles the biography of two of those pioneers who submitted great services in such field, like managing and organizing the athletic movement. They are Hussein Ali Al-Farah & Shaheen Yahya Shaheen.

The research is concentrate on the border of education in Muafaq Al-Taee plays, qua they are for children plays, and this type of drama is embody the angle of the idea and the education which the author want send it to child, as the generosity and the courageous and the good ethics, or refuse the falsehood and the larceny and the cockiness, the author is try to concentrate the concepts in the text, and he sure on directed to the moved space by nearest of imagination of the events when it reading in the text, or in the directed

There are two main aims behind this study :The first is to assiqn the enoccgh materials for the trained teachers of the female training specializations،Thesecond is to evaluate the performance of them according to the institutes'meeds.The sample of this study is 61 students where they represent the whole number in the final stage in the institute. They are distributed to certain specializations included (83) trained teachers , (4) in educational fields , (6) for planning the lesson, (4) for motivation, (8) for achievement of the lesson ، (5) for using teaching media , (6) for managing the class and evaluation .These statements are dealt with statistically ; the assumed medium and correlation varied, and concluded ; The performance of the trained teachers in (achieving ،managing ،evaluating, planning and using teaching media) was acceptable while the performance of the trained teachers in (educational aims and motivation was weak). Finally،the study reached some instructions and suggestion.

The research aims at identifying Bashiqa in the writings of historians, Geographers and Travelers, where the significance of the name and geographical location and the diversity of religious belongings and nationalities, as well as what the town is characterized by the economic side of the cultivation, manufacture, increasing to talk about urban landmarks.

The research aims at detecting a religious content of some folk treatment methods, by revealing the religious reasons that persuading the society's individual's to make use of some methods of folk treatment.
The sample was on purpose, and involved (60) person how benefit from the religious or spiritual folk remedy in Mosul city, and the researcher uses questionnaire as a principal instrument in collecting data and information that related to the society of the Mosul city , in addition to interview, and simple and complex observation . The researcher also uses percentage, arithmetical mean, standard deviation, and mathematical weight, as statistical means.
The research found out that there are many religious reasons that stimulate patients to take advantage of some methods of folk medicine such as cupping, amulet (Ruqyah) and cauterization, because there are a recommendations in the Hadith encouraging the sample to use this methods. So, some of the sample's individuals feel relaxation. Others also saw that some religious folk remedy methods have the ability to deal with cases like mass (by Satan or jinn ), magic.
